Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India(HMSI) has launched its new Honda SP 125 with a completely new design. It is compliant for the new Bharat Stage-VI emission regulation, which will come into effect till April 1st, 2020. After Activa 125, its the second two-wheeler produced by HMSI to be BS-VI compliant.

The new Honda SP 125 sports brand new design, with first-in-segment, LED DC headlamps, new body graphics, new colors, new digital instrument panel, sharper bodywork with a longer seat to add on to its feature for family trips. The new SP 125 BS6 features a silent self start ACG starter motor, engine start-stop switch, 8 on-board sensors to constantly inject optimum fuel and air mixture that help consistent power output, Combi-Brake System (CBS) with equalizer.

The bike also gets 18” black alloy wheels, with optional 240mm front disc brake and 130mm rear drum brake. The standard fittings are 130mm drum brakes, both front and rear. It is powered by 124cc, 4 stroke SI engine that churns up a power of 10.7bhp @ 7500rpm and develops a peak torque of 10.9 Nm @ 6000rpm and the engine has the enhanced smart power (eSP) technology.

Honda SP 125 Price:

The Drum version of the motorcycle will be priced 72,900 rupees onwards (ex-showroom New Delhi) whereas the Disc version would be 77,100 rupees onwards (ex-showroom New Delhi).

Honda SP 125 Colours:

It has four different colors including- Striking Green, Imperial Red Metallic, Pearl Siren Blue and Matte Axis Grey Metallic.
